An escape room is an immersive adventure game where you and your team are placed in a themed room filled with puzzles, clues, and challenges. Working together, you’ll need to search for hidden objects, solve puzzles, crack codes, and uncover secrets to complete your mission and escape before time runs out!

It’s like being inside a real-life video game or detective story. You’ll use teamwork, communication, and creative thinking rather than physical strength. Whether you escape or not, you’ll have an unforgettable adventure full of surprises, eureka moments, and plenty of laughs with your team!

Most of our rooms run for 60 minutes, with one unique 2-hour adventure. You should allow an extra 15 minutes before and after for briefing and debriefing.

Our individual rooms accommodate 2-8 players depending on the specific room. For larger groups, we can book multiple rooms simultaneously or create special event packages. Perfect for corporate team building, parties, and big celebrations!

Absolutely! If you find last minute that someone else would like to join, just bring them along on the day and we will take payment in person before you begin.

Please note that we cannot exceed the room capacity, so please check you are still under the maximum number of players for your room before arrival.

No! While the game creates the illusion of being locked in, you can leave the room at any time for any reason.

All rooms have clearly marked emergency exits, and our staff monitor everything via cameras. If you need to leave for any reason, be it a bathroom break, claustrophobia, or and emergency, just ask and we’ll let you out immediately. Safety is always our top priority.

Don’t worry! Whether you escape or not, you’ll still get the full experience and find out how the story ends.

Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose jewelry or anything you wouldn’t want to lose during your adventure.

Not at all! Our escape rooms are puzzle and brain-based challenges that rely on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving rather than physical fitness. Most activities involve searching, examining clues, and solving puzzles. Some rooms may require crawling or stepping over obstacles, but these requirements are clearly noted in room descriptions and mentioned during booking so you can choose accordingly.

Our rooms focus on puzzles and building tension, rather than scares. Whilst there are no rooms with extremely tight spaces, some rooms do have tighter areas and crawl spaces. If you have any concerns please do contact us in advance and we would be happy to recommend a room that suits your needs.

For safety and to preserve the mystery for future players, personal items including phones should not be used within the game rooms. You are welcome to take small items, such as jackets, into the room (where space allows) or you may store them in the lockers provided .

Don’t worry about capturing the moment though, we’ll take a complimentary group photo after your escape attempt so you can celebrate your adventure, preserve the memories, or share your experience on social media!

We recommend ages 12+ for most rooms in order to fully enjoy the experience, although some rooms may have higher age recommendations.

• Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in games unless explicitly stated otherwise e.g. for special events or by prior arrangement.
• Players aged 10-12 must have at least one full-paying adult in the game room with them at all times.
• Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18. This person is not required to play, but must remain on site at all times.
• Players aged 16-17 can play without restriction but a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

Children under 10 are generally not allowed to participate in the games outside of special events. However, we understand every situation is different.

It may be possible to accommodate children joining on a case-by-case basis, but we ask you to contact us before booking so we can talk through what would be suitable for your specific circumstances.

You should aim to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your game to allow time for the briefing and any unexpected delays.

If you are running late, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible so that we can try and find a solution.

We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, although this may result in a reduced game time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your game start time (25 minutes after the arrival time) we will unfortunately have to cancel your booking, as it would impact on the next session.

We are unable reschedule your game or provide a refund in the case of late arrivals and no shows.

We recommend booking at least a week ahead, especially for weekends and during holiday periods, or for larger groups that require more than one room. Popular rooms and times fill up quickly.

We want everyone to enjoy our escape room adventures and will do everything we can to accommodate different needs. However, our venue is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a period building with no lift access, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility challenges.

For other accessibility requirements, such as hearing, visual, or cognitive support needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how we can adapt the experience to ensure everyone in your group has a fantastic time.

Absolutely! Our escape rooms are puzzle and brain-based with minimal physical demands, making them perfectly suitable during pregnancy.

We can provide a chair in any room if you’d like to sit down at any point during your game. We recommend contacting us before booking to discuss which room would be most suitable for you and any specific requirements you might have. All rooms are constantly monitored by our staff, and you can leave immediately if needed for any reason.

Absolutely! We specialize in group celebrations and can accommodate larger parties  through multiple room bookings or private hire options.

Our licensed bar area is perfect for post-game celebrations, and you can either choose from one of our event packages, or we can create a bespoke experience including room combinations, bar service, and extended event times.

If you have booked the wrong time or date and contact us within 24 hours, we will do our best to rearrange your booking to the time you wanted if it’s still available, or an alternative date in the future if not, free of charge.
