Private Hire
Your Venue, Your Vision
Sometimes your celebration or event is so special that only complete exclusivity will do. With private hire, you take over our entire venue – including all seven escape rooms and the licensed bar area – creating a completely bespoke experience designed entirely around your vision.
Whether it’s a milestone birthday that deserves the royal treatment, a corporate retreat requiring total privacy, a family reunion spanning multiple generations, or a unique celebration that doesn’t fit conventional formats, exclusive venue hire gives you unlimited creative freedom. Set your own schedule, design custom experiences, and enjoy the luxury of having Bedford’s premier escape room destination all to yourself.
Limitless Possibilities with Professional Support
Private hire isn’t just about space, it’s about transformation. Want to run escape room tournaments between different teams? Host a progressive challenge where groups rotate through multiple rooms? Combine escape room adventures with extended networking sessions, presentations, or celebrations in our bar area? With exclusive access, every idea becomes possible.
Our experienced team works with you from initial concept to flawless execution, handling everything from room coordination and custom timing to bar service and event photography. Whether you need our venue for a few focused hours or want to create an all-day experience, we provide the professional support and flexibility to make your vision reality while you focus on enjoying your perfectly personalized event.
